The Toastmasters community embraces people from every part of the world and from all walks of life. School teachers,
plumbers, housewives, doctors, lawyers and probably an indian chief or two.
The reasons for joining Toastmasters are diverse. Some are looking to improve their speaking skills in order to
advance their career. Others want to become a better Sunday school teacher, or Monday school teacher. Others just want to
become a better communicator; sharpening their speaking and listening skills.
Whatever the reason that led you to investigate Toastmasters , you're sure to find a group of people that
share many of the same goals and visions. You'll also discover the just-plain-fun that comes when you join the First
Class Toastmasters family. To view a list of frequently asked questions about Toastmasters

Give us a call, drop one of the officers an e-mail or stop by the DeSoto Room, ground floor, St Vincent Infirmary
Medical Center, #2 St Vincent Circle, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205, most any Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. (we meet in the
Terrace Room the 1st Tuesday of every month). We'd love to meet you and introduce you to the friendliest group of folks you'll
find in Little Rock.
Finding St Vincent is a piece of cake. I'll use the primary East/West artery in Little Rock as the reference
line. From I-630 take the N University exit. Go north on University to St Vincent Circle. Turn right, up the
hill and you can park in the FREE parking deck across from the main hospital entrance. If you happen to miss St
Vincent Circle just continue on to Markham Street, turn right, go one block and enter the hospital grounds
from the North. Up the hill, you'll see the parking deck on your left. If my directions leave you muttering and/or
confused click on the "Show Maps" link that appears just below this paragraph and it will take you to a map of the area.
